This looks great. I love foods that accomodate an allergy without feeling/tasting like “substituted” food.

I obviously love vegan food and eat a lot of it, but I have been pretty unsuccessful with a lot of vegan baked goods recipes. These muffins look DELICIOUS though!

Oh man, since when is glaze optional? These look as delicious as they are healthy. I’m sure mine wouldn’t turn out that nicely, but it’s definitely worth a try! Thanks for sharing this Duodishes and Daphne!
